CA Karanraj Jadeja is the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of our Company. He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of our Company on September 02, 2026. He holds a Bachelors degree from Saurashtra University. He is also a chartered accountant and holds a certificate of membership issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 9 years of experience and is responsible mainly for strategic financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling at the Company.
Sandip Jagdishbhai Hapaliya
Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Sandip Jagdishbhai Hapaliya is the Chief Technical Officer of the Company and was appointed on April 01, 2026.He has been associated with our Company since April 01, 2026. He has cleared his secondary education from Gujarat Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar. He was previously associated as partner with Tanvi Gold Cast LLP and M/s Tanvi Findings. He has approximately 14 years of experience and is responsible for overseeing technical processes, supporting adoption and effective use of technology, equipment, systems and technical processes relevant to the operations of the Company.
Dineshbhai Mevada
Chief Corporate Officer
Mr. Dineshbhai M Mevada is the Chief Corporate Officer of the Company and was appointed on April 01, 2026. He has been associated with our Company since April 01, 2026. He does not have any specific qualification and does not hold any Bachelor / Master or any professional degree. He was previously associated with Tanvi Gold Cast LLP as a partner and with Parmeshwari Roll Press as the machine operator. He has approximately 24 years of experience and is responsible for managing and co-ordinating relationships with the Company’s corporate customers and supporting the manufacturing process by communicating customer requirements and specifications to the internal teams.
Tushar Vallabhbhai Savaliya
Chief Operational Officer
Mr. Tushar Vallabhbhai Savaliya is the Chief Operational Officer of the Company and was appointed on April 01, 2026. He has been associated with our Company since April 01, 2026. He holds a bachelor of engineering (electrical engineering) degree from Saurashtra University He is also associated with Tanvi Alloy Limited as a Non-Executive Director and was previously associated with M/s. Tanvi Findings and Tanvi Gold Cast LLP as a partner. He has approximately 9 years of experience and is responsible for co-ordinating production, inventory and operational activities and managing and monitoring inventory levels at the Company.
Avinash Bakulbhai Saravaiya
Accounts Head
Avinash Bakulbhai Saravaiya is the Accounts Head of the Company and was appointed on November 21, 2025. He has been associated with our Company since November 21, 2025.He has passed his Master of commerce and holds a Bachelors degree in commerce, both from Saurashtra University. He is also a chartered accountant and holds a certificate of membership issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Cresselia Tradeline Limited as a Accounts and Finance Manager, with Kyon Findings as the Accounts Head and with ICICI Bank as the Credit Manager. He has approximately 5 years of experience and is responsible for oversee the entire accounting department, establishing robust financial policies, internal controls, annual budgeting and financial planning, managing corporate tax planning, GST/VAT filings, TDS, audits and statutory compliances and liaising with external auditors, tax authorities and legal advisors, at the Company.
CS Minal Lakhalani
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
CS Minal Lakhalani is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Office of our Company on September 11, 2026. She has passed her master of commerce and bachelor of commerce, both from the Saurashtra University. She is a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has more approximately 6 years of experience and is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws and regulations.
Ankurbhai Jerambhai Ajani
General Manager (Inventory & Operations)
