Bipinbhai Gordhanbhai Viradiya is the Chairman and Whole-time Director of the Company. He is also one of the Promoters of the Company and has been associated with our Company since incorporation. He is also associated with Tanvi Alloy Limited, Tanvi Silver India Private Limited and Indotech Jewellery Manufacturing Federation as a Director, as a designated partner in Tanvi Gold Cast LLP and as a Partner in M/s Tanvi Findings. He has more than 25 years of experience and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business activities. He brings practical business experience and leadership in overseeing the affairs of the Company, supporting business operations, and contributing to strategic decision-making. As a Chairman and Whole-time Director, he is involved in guiding the Company’s business growth, management and overall corporate objectives. He demonstrates a strong understanding of business operations, commercial matters and organizational management developed through his experience as an entrepreneur and director., contributing to business development, supporting effective operational management and commercial decision making of the Company.
Mayur Bhupatbhai Limbasiya
WHOLE-TIME DIRECTOR
Mayur Bhupatbhai Limbasiya is the Whole-time Director of the Company. He is also one of the Promoters of our Company and has been associated with our Company since October 15, 2023. He has approximately 22 years of experience and is involved in overseeing operational activities, coordinating with various business functions and supporting key management decisions. He contributes to the efficient execution of business plans, stakeholder coordination and the continued development of the Company within the jewellery manufacturing and allied business sector.
Krupa Atulbhai Mehta
Non-Executive Independent Director
Krupa Mehta is the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. She has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since August 25, 2026. She holds a master of law degree from SVKM’s NMIMS University, a bachelor of law degree and a bachelor of commerce degree, both from Saurashtra University. She is also associated with R for Rabit Baby Products Private Limited as a Manager (Legal and Compliance) and with Naman Innovation Limited as a Director. She has more than 6 years of experience in legal and compliance.
Aman Shrotriya
Non-Executive Independent Director
Aman Shrotriya is the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since August 25, 2026. He holds a degree of bachelors in business administration with a bachelors in Law (Hons) from ICFAI University, Dehradun. He is also associated with Shrotriya Associates LLP as a Managing Partner and with Divit Global Advisors Private Limited as a Founder and Director. He has more than 15 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution and legal advisory.
Raj Ashokbhai Bhalara
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Raj Ashokbhai Bhalara is the Managing Director of the Company. He is also one of the Promoters of the Company and has been associated with our Company since incorporation. He has approximately 14 years of experience and is responsible for driving business development, market expansion and growth initiatives of the Company. As Managing Director, he is responsible for providing overall executive leadership, guiding key business and operational decisions, and overseeing the effective implementation of the Company’s business plans. He contributes to building customer and business relationships and to the Company’s continued development within the jewellery manufacturing and allied business sector.
Hiteshbhai Mohanbhai Sardhara
WHOLE-TIME DIRECTOR
Hiteshbhai Mohanbhai Sardhara is the Whole-time Director of the Company. He is also one of the Promoters of the Company and has been associated with our Company since February 25, 2026. He has approximately 22 years of experience and is involved in guiding the Company’s business growth, management and overall corporate objectives. He has developed a strong understanding of business operations, commercial matters and organizational management through his experience as an entrepreneur and director.
Ankit Kothari
Non-Executive Independent Director
Ankit Kothari is the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since August 25, 2026. He holds a degree of bachelors in commerce from Saurashtra University. He is also a chartered accountant and holds a certificate of membership issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a partner at GBK & Associates, Chartered Accountants, a designated partner at Accquant Fintech LLP, a representing partner at Saarathi Academy LLP and is also associated with Naman Innovation Limited as a Director. He has more than 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Himanshu Keshubhai Togadiya
Non-Executive Independent Director
Himanshu Togadiya is the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since August 25, 2026. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also associated with H. Togadiya & Associates, as a Proprietor and with G.V. Films Limited, LE Lavoir Limited, Novva Forge Armmaments Limited, Novva Defence Iinds Limited and Orito Wellness Private Limited as a Director. He has approximately 10 years of experience in the field of handling compliances under various corporate laws in respect of IPOs, Rights Issues, Bonus Issues, Preferential Allotment, QIPs, Takeovers of listed and unlisted companies etc.
